@GalacticGal I don't think 3.2.0 is the answer to your issue. :) That actually went with the 1.27 game files.
I think, if you're as OCD as I am over new releases, what happened is you may have gotten the FIRST version of MC 3.3.1. There were 2 posted, he had to reupdate it again later that evening.

Direct link to this release. I bet if you redownload and reinstall it one more time, it'll work like it should for you with 1.28.25 files. :)
Nerd tip for getting to that specific page link: from the "release" link I went to the bottom and hit Notes. That brings up the above 331 link with #notes at the end. Remove that, voila!
BTW, I have NOT forgotten about your pregnancy/appearance questions. Life has kinda blown up. Still on the table. (I'd never answered a help question over Twitter till this morning. LOL!)
