I have tested so far: running MCC (V3.3.1) without other mods, assured that I do not change the appearance between different occult forms and ensured that the die on lot setting is activated (what already was). Unfortunately it did not help. I even cleared the cache folder and repaired the game (without need).
Btw, a really big thank you for the time and effort that you spend to help people like me with their problems. (I've been a silent user of MCC for a few months now and reading the support thread has always been a great help.)
I will just wait patiently for MCC V3.4 and see if it solves the problem.
