Is there a command I can use to allow me to delete them?

I never had this before, so I can only guess.

I'm assuming that you are using the MC Command Center, and I'm also hoping, that the cribs are clickable, like a park bench for example.

Check whether the following settings are activated in MC Command Center:
Computer > MCCC > MCCC Settings > Notification/Console/Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Testing Cheats
Computer > MCCC > MCCC Settings > Notification/Console/Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Debug Commands in Cheats

If so, you can shift click the crib and a pie menue appears.

Choose 'Destroy Object (Debug)' and the crib should be deleted.
