Cintrinsic2000 What's a vanilla save RPO? You need to test a true vanilla save:

Rename the Mods folder
delete localthumbcache
start the game and test in a new save
now test in your regular save, but exit without saving

It's a mod by lumpinou. Some of the interactions are missing and others don't appear at all on npc sims. I've tried the game in vanilla, reinstalled it, and cleared cache and repaired it. Is there anything else I can do?
