[MOD RELATED] Items disappearing from inventories, fridges, bookshelves

Hey, I'm having a problem with The Sims 4. After updating, items are disappearing from my inventory. Mods are disabled. I thought the update should fixes bugs, not creates new ones. XD title edited...

    Hi all,

    We've confirmed that the newly reported issue of items disappearing from inventory is related to outdated mods. To resolve the issue, please update your mods & load a previous save of your save file to recover your items.

Hello, since the most recent updates homeworks keeps disappearing from my sim's inventory everytime I exit the lot or the game. I keep buying more from the bookshelf but they disappear after one use. This makes it really annoying to play since my sim's grades cannot get better.
