Mods not showing in game

I have a lot of mods downloaded. But, for some reason the game is not noticing the mod files when I load in. What could be wrong? All the mod files I can access are in the first photo. There's only three

In the second photo are all the mod files I have on my computer

    Are all of your Mods up to date? once you have double checked (list here). Included with the list are ways to troubleshoot your game.
