    For the roof issue, if it's happening in a new save after you've removed the Mods folder and deleted the file called localthumbcache, try a Game Repair. 

    For the mods issue, make sure that the script mods option is turned on and staying on in your Options. If it's not staying on, see the support linked in Mod/CC Issues master post

Are your script mods no more than one subfolder deep inside the Mods folder? The game can see those files only if they're in Mods or in a folder inside Mods. Any deeper and it can't see them.

I double checked that already. Everything is put directly into my mods folder, i have no subfolders at all.
