@ansleer09 Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move options.ini to the desktop. This will reset all your in-game settings: the game will create a new options.ini the next time it loads. Then start the game, enable mods and custom content, quit, and see whether the change sticks. If it does, you can change your other in-game options to whatever you want and go back to playing.
