I can't really help with all that but I can offer a suggestion that might get your sim back at least. Do a search for how to summon a sim. You should find instructions on how to get your sim's id and then instructions on how to use that to summon them. You will have to use another sim at a residential home to do it I believe. Maybe you just need their mailbox but it won't hurt either way I don't think. Actually it might be helpful because if you can't control your sim, use the other sim to make friends and move them into that household so you can regain control. I would give you the instructions but I recently cleared everything out. You shouldn't have a hard time finding the information. I hope this helps and you get your sim back ok :)
