@CILYTSIMS4 Hi! That sounds awful! This does sound like a problem that could be caused by mods. I saw you mentioned testing them but just to be sure I wonder if you tested the game without any mods at all. Have you moved your mods folder to the desktop or some other location? Did you also delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing? If not, please do so and let us know if there are any issues without any mods at all. Note that when you move the mods folder out, a new one will be generated when you launch the game.
If you want to share your save file, then you will need to save it to a file sharing platform like Google Drive and then share the link to the file on whatever platform you choose.
