NPCs generated with big eyes

Could you post some creators/Sims names from the gallery this happen to so I can test if I can duplicate this ?

hi, yes i can but it’s happening to townies made from EA also for example some of the love struck townies. the sims i have in the picture are from -sleepyboyrun

Is anything special happening when this happens ? Travel ? Outfit change ? Taking them to CAS ?

They look fine when I place them in my game.

they will look fine because that’s what happening in my game, they’re fine. Until a few sim weeks or days later their eyes change. Nothing changes with the sim just the eyes. That’s why i said it’s happening to pre made townies made by EA that came with love struck also, but it’s now feeding its way into nearly most of my tray sims. 

Just wondering if you saw any special trigger.

You seem to be able to replicate it on a new save as well though so could you do the following (as I can't really play test this properly): 

• Start a new save
• Place your Sims
• Play for a while, keep saving regularly
• Wait for it to happen. Once it does, save under a new name.
• Send me both the save before it happened and the one after.

To send me the save, upload them to google or onedrive and DM me the link (make sure they are public)

Yeah with whatever Sim you can duplicate the issue is fine.

Hi tiannabbxo​ . This is resulting from a mod by a creator who isn't supported here. (See reasons why that might be in the top post of Broken & Updated Mods & CC). 

First, make sure you're on the most recent version of all mods. I recommend not using any sliders or similar mods that haven't been updated in the last year. Many older sliders and preset mods are broken. Anything that touches eyes can be broken by new Occult eyes (e.g., Fairies), depending on how it's coded.

If just removing mods doesn't fix existing Sims, try (1) doing a "Save As" on the save, and (2) editing the Sims in CAS. 

If even with no mods you're still getting new Sims getting this problem, try a Game Repair and new user folder (see https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/) to make sure there wasn't something deeply wonky going on.
