I am not fully sure which one it is yet, but one of the Dale reward traits by DaleRune makes it so (at least for me) you cannot open your save file, even a new one. I had all four in (Dale Rainbow Baby Trait, Dale Heir/Spare Traits, Dale Deaf Trait (V2.0 out now!), Dale Eating Disorders Pack) with their mood pack version (as I have lumpinou's mood pack). If/When I find out which one(s) is causing it I will comment again if needed <3
