Have you already solved this problem?
Your attached images look very similar to the image which have issue by causing to use an outdated or broken mod/CC.
You don't specify what platform you are playing on, but are you playing on a PC/Mac with the mod/cc?
Also, you mention that you have tried to find the cause of the problem, what did you try?
If you have not yet tried a save without the mod/cc, please follow these steps and try it once with a save without the mod/cc.
Procedure:
1. Moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.
2. Test the game without the mod.
3. If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC.
4. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
Please let us know your results so that can help other players with the same problem.
