@nicoleguig I have used 'NoCC' artwork that other players make in some of my builds. I just went in and checked several of them in my game, and both the ones that have paintings and photos that are made like this are still appearing as normal and not blank for me, as you are describing in your game. Do you have Mods or CC in your game? If so, did you test without them, and the cache file, to see if the issue may be that a game update is conflicting with one or more and causing the issue? To test this ...

Try moving the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue, then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
