Hi @mgh1961,
This thread was last active over a year ago and since then there's been updates and patches, etc. What caused the issue for the OP back then may not be the same thing causing it for you a year after. It'd be best to pop open a fresh thread and add some more information about what's happening for you and everything you've tried so far. I'll close this out in the meantime.
