I believe this has to be mod related, because I've read some reports on Discord and elsewhere that the skin details version of the 3D eyelashes mod is causing this problem and so are some custom content eyeliners and lipsticks. Another culprit could be the No EA Eyelashes mod.

I have a small handful of CAS custom content in my game, but I don't have this problem at all. It seems to me this is not a bug, but rather a case of badly made custom content.

    thank you so much! i went back over all of my CC my sim was wearing and took off her skin details & other makeup and it does happen to be outdated CC because of the update! thank you for bringing that up and if anyone else has the same problem, then just use the “cas.fulleditmode” after the “testingcheats on” mode so you can see what CC your current sim is wearing might be broken :D

    I think it IS a bug! I’ve been using the same mods for over a year. Now, after the recent update, they look splotchy. Yet in CAS, they appear perfect. I hope EA addresses this and give us a fix pronto!

    @Seanstars CC gets outdated with patches just like mods do. It's up to the creators to fix the cc, not EA as they don't officially support it.

    There is a game bug but that only happens on the scout uniform.

    So if it happens on other clothing, especially cc ones, try s4studio if they happen to have a batch fix or with the creator of the cc.

    @crinrict it actually only happens on my base game clothes, and almost all of my base game clothes not just the scout uniform.

    @garnaughty23 Did you do a renaming of the user folder to test without mods/cc or are you not using any mods/cc at all.

    There is a thread in bugs that is linked in tthis thread that you can use if you see it if you have NO cc/mods installed at all and deleted your localthumbcache file.

    I was able to duplicate the scout uniform but only the scout uniform on a vanilla game.

    It's very possible that it's a mod that can screw up base game clothing as well.
