    Same with me! I have two teen girls, and they have been the only ones doing it.

    Hi everyone! It might be a cc causing it, for my sim it was a lipstick cc, as soon as I took it off the white shiny spots disappeared

    @darese123 Faulty shoes, pants, blouses, dresses, etc. may cause. Which cc is broken, it needs to be changed. The problem went away after I changed my sims' clothes.
