Can anyone figure this out??

So I know the recent updates messed up the game and broke alot of mods. When the update in August broke most of the mods I did the 50/50 method and fixed my game but now it's broken again. I took out all the script mods and anything I saw in the forums that were broken. I keep getting the glitch where I can't access my family. For some reason when  that happens it starts running a Better Exceptions check even when I deleted the mod. It just continuously loads and never tells me what is broken. Does anyone know how to fix the game???
