Did you ever have the mod that can't be mentioned here, but is known to cause this problem?

I don't use it, but my understanding is all it takes is loading the game once with the mod installed to cause the doors to disappear (including apartment doors). If you saved in that state, then you'd have to roll back to before the doors disappeared. Also, it seems like that mod was updated pretty quickly after the patch released.

This is just what I know from skimming through all the broken mod reports in the last week.
