My only concern with that is that my builds are
gonna be out of place or not how I placed them when I built my lots or made my sims.I did update and repaired the game a few times though.
@Camillablluuee Builds won't move. They *will* lose CC furniture etc., though.

Solution!!!!!
After much digging, I found this mod called "Better Exceptions" by TwistedMexi. It basically scans your whole game for broken/outdated mods or anything that could cause any conflict with your game. So I downloaded and ran a couple of reports, which showed mods that never even showed up on my game and that I thought I had deleted. After that, the issue was still there, so I went to a household that already had a toddler (deformed like all toddlers in my game) and right-clicked to open the menu on him. Then I clicked on the mod's option called "find cc" or something like that, which scanned for broken ccs for toddlers (which I was so sure I had cleared since I didn't see it on my sims 4 mod manager).
This next part is insane...
I got a notification from that scan and opened the report, and you won't believe what mod was listed...
THE CIEN LASHES!!!! And let me be soooo clear - when I first came into this thread I looked up lashes/sliders/presets and every single thing under the sun on my mods folder and nothing showed up. I swear to GOD I never willingly downloaded it, so I can only assume it came in a folder with other mods/cc I had downloaded.
So long story short if you don't feel like reading my clowny tales:
If you don't think you have cien or any of the known issues already listed on this 29-page forum topic, trust me, you probably do and don't know it. Please do yourself a favor and download the Better Exceptions Mod by TwistedMexi and run the check on your toddler and you'll find that if not another mod that is causing this issue.
To everyone who suggested this cien mod to me, I truly apologize for not typing the whole mod name, just eyelash or something, and I really appreciate your help!
I want to thank everyone so much for all your help, and really can't stress enough how much this BE mod helped me as well, so please give it a shot! My toddlers are now cute as EA preset toddlers can ever get (aka normal and not deformed)!
Hello, I just wanted to mention that, as of today, the same thing happened to me, and after removing the mod (THE CIEN LASHES!!!!), my toddlers' faces were fixed. Thanks!!
