Re: My sims won’t load after the new update

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to load into any household in the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Goes back to world view screen with error message
What do you expect to see? the household in live view
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Since updating to the Life and Death Expansion pack i keep getting the following error: 135:2cec3921:ecc18a37 when trying to get into any household. As it stands im unable to enter any household in the game.

I've tried disabling Mods and the issue remains.

    @nathaneous1 Please try this (after removing all mods/cc and deleting the localthumbcache file

    1. Load the lot
    2. Get error
    3. Load lot again.

    Hi this worked when i disabled mods, but when i reabled mods i'm unable to get into household. suppose i need to find out which mod(s) are causing the issue

    I'm having this same issue and it's so confusing. I removed me entire mods folder, repaired the game, deleted thumb cache and it still won't load my hosuehold.

    i'm still doing the 50/50 mods test at the moment. Hoping to find the culprit Mod(s) before end of day.

    If you are using mods that replaced the default occult features.

    That may be the reason.

    At least for me, That's the culprit.

    Still working my through and narrowed down the problem to one of these mods....

    Still testing so hoping to find out which one it is...

    @nathaneous1 Hiya, I’m testing too with the same issue and I suspect Kiara (currently testing taking careers out will report back)

    Ive jus updated Kiara and Kuttoe (new update released minutes ago) and going to test now...

    Update: All working fine now can load into household.
