every time i try to play my household it kicks me back to the map i turned off script mods then it works but i would like to play with script mods on

This is a mod issue not a bug - your mods will need updating :)

The August patch broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117, but note many are not yet updated or cleared in the current list.
