Re: Sims won't come onto retail lot

No ice freezer, mannequins, or anything like that. Just shelves and plants and a bookcase. By soft opening I just meant not open for very long lol, it was a five hour thing just to make sure it worked. I actually figured it out and am embarrassed to admit I had the door locked 😭😭🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm removing this post or turning off comments if I can, thanks for the help though!
