I have had sims that l used CC on that looked fine in CAS but were distorted in live mode before after one of the updates a while back.  In my case, a CC tattoo turned all the sims it was on completely black in live mode.  They looked perfectly fine in CAS.  When I zoomed in on them in live mode, it looked like some kind of overlay was on them.  That sort of looks like what is going on in your pic.  So, just because a sim looks ok in CAS doesn't mean that there isn't a bad CC item involved when you get what you've got going on in live mode.  

I suggest you take the sim back to CAS and remove all the CC items and see if the problem clears up in live mode.  If it does, then one of the CC items you had on the sim has broken and you're have to sort out which one it is and either remove it from your game or check to see if the item has been updated for the current version of the game.
