Can someone help me please? I have the For rent package and when I want to convert housing to rent, it doesn't show up in construction mode, why? What should I do?
Which lot? Waterfront lots and penthouses can not be rentals.

I had the same issue and it worked to me by deleting :
All Live in Business Mods from LittleMsSam
Local PD venue mod
In general every mod you have with the word 'Venue' , it can cause the issue.

@SmZmImA If you're using those, check for updated versions. Mods causing this issue have mostly been updated.
