Scenario Tasks Unavailable/Not Working

So I am creating a save with all the scenarios completed and haven't had any trouble so far... The only thing I have left to do is "A Sim Writes a Skill Book"
However... my sim has lvl 10 writing and a few other mentor-able skills but the computer interaction is not coming up.
Is there a bug? Am I missing something?

    You don't see the attached?

    Are you at least level 5 in some other skill than Writing?

    Edit:

    Apparently you need to complete Renaissance Sim to be able to write other skill books than Archeology.
