Sims 4 add-on's not loading into the game

G'day fellow simer's I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with the sims 4 add-on's not loading into the game? Mine has been this way for the last week, I even purchased a new add-on and can't access any of the content and I have over 34 of them very frustrating.

@shadowsitara&nbsp; Which packs are missing, and where did you buy them: directly through Origin or the EA App, through Steam, or somewhere else?&nbsp; Have you installed the base game via Steam or via Origin or the EA App?
