Sims 4 don't have the bar at the bottom of my screen .

hello,  Okay so i have a problem and i don't know how to explain it bc my english is bad. Anyways. The bar at the bottom from sims 4 is gone , i don't see my sims' head and can't do anything in game...

it's still not coming up for me, I can see the top of the screen but not the bottom. ps I can't click any of the options
