Sims 4 For Rent Pack not working after download

ive removed all my mods (tool, bbb, ui, mccc) but its still the same problem! i can open everything exepct for the world tomarang. its just a white screen that i cant leave without returning to main menu!

@bizzleellen Please try a clean folder: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then test in a new save.
