It seems like my save file is the problem :(
It looks like the game deleted all your Sims, possibly cause of a mod you had.
The good news is thre's some backups that still work but you need to make sure to load the save without incompatible mods.
Do the following steps
- Create a backup of your user folder
- Load the game
- Click on Load Game
- Click on Recover Save
- Recover one that has Nouvel as active household
- Try to play that one.
You can recover them all to find the newest one. You will probably loose some stuff you did but I'd say it's better than loosing everything ?
