Sims 4 mods and add ons:
Is anyone else getting an error message saying the mods you know for a fact you bought are unavailable? My fairy and mermaid character wont load in at all and she only has a robe and no hair for all her outfit choices.

Can you specify what you think is missing? If you mean player-created mods and custom content, check your game options. See How to Use Mods and CC.
If you mean Maxis-created packs you bought from EA, that's an EA App issue, not a mod issue.
