I can't resubmit a magazine cover again, the system keep telling me to wait for the magazine cover getting approved, but it had been sent back to me. I just can't use the sim to submit magazine covers anymore. Does anyone know how to solve this problem ?
Problem solved, I have one of my household member submit a magazine cover and then deleted that sim.
@eeee77 It sounds like a bug. There are a couple of bug reports related to the fashion photographer career, some fixed but resurfacing. If you want it fixed you could make a new bug report, given that you have removed your mods and CC, and then give that bug report some attention by posting about it a lot.
How to fix your current game: you could read in the bug forum and look for possible workarounds, or you could do a couple of resets to see if that will work: reload the game completely, switch to another household, then back, clear the inventory of items for example by saving the sim to library and then place them in a new save (you will loose all relations outside of the household) etc. Hopefully others have tips as well.

Is there a way to fix this without deleting a Sim? I have a situation where my freelance photographer submitted a photo for a cover but that photo was taken by someone else and gifted to him. I received the cover in the mail but can't submit any more -- it's greyed out. I think that submitting a photo taken by another sim broke the submit for cover alternative for my game. I had a separate freelance photographer in a separate household, and they weren't able to submit any photos for covers, either. I had both of them quit their freelance jobs and deleted the cover in question, deleted the cache, repaired the game. Nothing seems to reset it.
