Sims 4 Ps5

My game has major bug and glitches. 

First, my sims only use the back door, I have the front door set as “Front Door” and my sims still don’t use it. My sims go in and out by the back door.

Secondly, my sims (young adults/adults/teens) will act like they are going to work or school and then will

not go, a prompt will come up and say “are you sure you want to skip work” “are you sure you want to skip school” and when i click “no” my sims still skip work or school which means they made no money that day or for teen sim his “responsibility” trait drops out of range.

This has been happening for a while for me, i’ve tried everything such as restarting the game and coming back in, reseting sims. please help me, I’m on the verge of just deleting my game and i have spent so much money on this game.
