Sims 4 wont let me age up sims?

Hi, so I recently got the fairy pack. I've noticed recently that when I try to age up my toddler sim, the game freezes. I can still move the camera around, but my sims completely freeze and I can't change the sims I control.&nbsp;When I try to close the game, save the game, or go to Manage Worlds or anything else, it freezes completely. I've had to hold down the power button on my laptop every single time. The game has never had any bugs like this for me, so any help would be appreciated.

srganiashu​&nbsp; Please remove your Mods folder if there's anything in it aside from Resource.cfg.&nbsp; You don't need to save your progress; just see whether this allows you to age up the toddler.
If that doesn't help, test in a new save, still with no mods or cc, for comparison's sake.
If that doesn't help either, please provide a dxdiag. &nbsp;Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. &nbsp;From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
