Sims not automatically going to work or school!

Hi All, 

After the previous update I've havent been able to play sims at all. I've noticed my sims are not going to school or work on time (they do not receive the button "go to work/go to school" in the panel). I've also noticed that the time may be off because some times the sim will go to school but its at noon (sometimes). I also noticed they get 'stuck' at work/school and do not automatically come back once they are finished. I've also noticed a major lag in my game as well after the marketplace update. 

Note: I do play mods and CC. I have tested them and noticed only my CC is causing the issue. I went through all my mods and CC and have updated them and it still does not work. Any help is appreciated.   I attached all the mods/CC that I have if that helps  (I have updated all the mods).
