sims withh cc won't woohoo

I've been playing The Sims 4 for a few months now, and I downloaded cc for the first time this week. I've only used it in one family so far, but the woohoo option just doesn't appear in that family. In all my other families, the option is still there, whether it's in bed, shower, rocket, or anywhere else you can woohoo. However, in the save with cc, it doesn't appear at all. Does anyone know how to fix this issue???

Also, the only mod I have is UI Cheats, but I've had it for a while and never had any issues.

The Sims in this family are two young adults and married to each other, with full friendship and romance.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
