Sims WONT start??

I have mods and cc, the only mods i have are TOOL, BBB and Better exceptions and theyre all up to date. the cc i have are CAS and furniture cc.

 i have done the 50/50 method and i have spent hours combing through my mods folder but every time i try and start the game it won't load to the main menu. it freezes and tells me "sims 4 is not responding" and then i have to force close the game.

when i remove my mods folder the game works perfectly fine. i just want to play my game :')
