skills list randomizes (and other infant problems)

I'll start by saying I have tested the update with and without mods, in new and existing families with new and existing babies aged up to infants.

Skills randomization is the least of the current issues I'm having since the March 14 (infant) update. The problems are progressively more concerning.

First, the skills list keeps randomizing. It happens every time, for every sim, with and without mods, whether the game is live or paused. When I pull up the skills list to view my sim's current skills, the order is completely random. I can click "Name" twice to alphabetize and within real time seconds, it randomizes again. If I click another menu, like the motives or social, and go back, it's random again. 

Second is that when a sim goes to work at their career and I join, the entire household joins too. I don't have the option to choose which sims join, it's just "join" or "send alone" as it has always been. Since the update, "join" somehow now means the entire household no matter what they were doing at the time and the little house button to send them back home is greyed-out with a "can't do this right now" notice. So now I don't get to play any careers and the EPs Get to Work and Get Famous are rendered useless unless my sim lives alone. And yes, the entire household includes the butler and any other service sims on the lot at the time.

Third, it took all real-time day for my sim to get pregnant and have a baby; it aged up to infant... with all milestones already achieved. 

Fourth, only the female sim gets the automatic "crying baby" interaction in the queue. This seems super sexist especially since the father has the Family-Oriented trait (mother does not) and both parents have an equal relationship with the baby.

Finally, this new social menu is an atrocity. It's immensely stressful because instead of an organized, alphabetized list, now I have to try to ignore these ghastly, distracting icons to decipher someone else's chaotic lack of real organization and still not find what I'm looking for. I check a sub menu, can't find anything, rinse, and repeat. The alphabet is SO MUCH EASIER. If this new massive headache is meant to cut down on the unnecessary volume of social interactions, why not just remove the useless ones instead? Since I can't find anything in this new nightmare menu, my sims can't socialize unless they queue themselves and where is the fun in that? Am I supposed to wait around for yet another mod to fix yet another thing the Sims team broke because they can't think logically or should I just... stop playing? It's really not worth the stress.
