Nothing in your snippet points to a mod, and no mod-managing software can help with all issues. Mod conflict detectors are not useful. (See How to Use Mods and CC about that.)
Test with NO mods in a new save first: see vanilla and 50-50 testing. If you still have an issue, please try a Game Repair.
If the vanilla test shows no problems, head to Previously Broken mods and CC and Broken & Updated Mods & CC to remove known broken mods and gameplay mods that aren't updated or reported compatible. Many creators have been away on holiday and/or waiting for a hotfix patch for some issues before testing their mods.
