Some sims turned white

Some of my sims of color turned white with the latest update.  WHy?!!

It has been with ever update certain sims losing there clothes and hair.  I ho back to get it and then another update- happens again.  I think the files are somehow still occupying space because I cant find the old ones to delete them and I keep adding it.  Its like two updates this week and many before.  

The complexion issue does not make any sense because it was not a skin but there official maxi color in the game.

My adults also looking older than usual.
