Tab mode cinematic camera problem

When in game, I go to tab mode and set up my camera points for a cinematic shot. When I'm done, points 5-7 work perfectly fine but 8 and 9 will pan downward and when I reverse the points the camera spins. I just updated my game to the latest patch and generated a new sims 4 folder like I always do during a patch update. I made sure all my mods are updated, I use MCCC and Twisted Maxis LastExercption mod. I switched off origin in game and updated my Gshade. The problem still persists. I never had this issue before even with my reshade in. It just started today at this moment after updating my game.

I should note that points 8 and 9 are positioned in a room leading to the basement. When I tested to see if I made the points elsewhere what will happen, they worked fine but when I went back to that specific room with the staircase leading to the basement that's when the problem occurs.

Also my build buy catalogue won't close. When I'm in build/buy mode and open the buy panel, the misc decor (that's found in the kitchen and dining room sections) panel is open even when I didnt click on misc or I'm in a different category where that panel doesn't exist. These all started happening after I updated my game.

In Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > VideoCameraStates is there a file called VideoCameraStates.ini? If so, can you please copy and paste the contents here.

I had to recreate it because I had to move from origin and had a bit of trouble with the EA App. I repaired my game, regenerated my sims 4 folder and tried the cinematic camera but now all the points from 5-9 spin and pan down

I've done that. I tried doing it without assigning camera angle 9 and with it. still no change. Here is the new log when I do it without camera angle 9, this time it's only 5 and 6 that pan down and spin

No, Just the last two VCS.ini loads I tested on the original Lot and save file. Previously after crinrict asked that I check, I test the same build in a new save on a new lot in Newcrest, same issue, then I rebuild the exact area I was doing the camera points with the basement included and still same issue. Then I tried adding the points one at a time and testing, as in I input angle 5 and test if it is set then move to the next point and test the two points and so forth. still the same result in the end.
