I have a new laptop with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 6gb Laptop GPU. I installed the sims and it runs perfect with no cc installed. However, the game will not launch if any piece of cc is installed. I'...

Causticsims​  The unrecognized graphics card has nothing to do with whether your custom content works.  And you should only see the unrecognized GPU error one time, or once again if you delete the Optinos.ini file, which stores the flag that you've seen the error already.
