Unable to purchase flowers and cakes from Vendor stalls

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.171.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the Ichen Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I tried it with and without mods enabled and no difference
What happens when the bug occurs? Only have the option to purchase produce or haggle
What do you expect to see? to be able to buy flowers in one stall and cakes in the other
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. after latest patch for My Wedding Stories

Hi,  I would like to be able to purchase cakes and flowers for my weddings but are unable to do this from the vendor stalls in the Tartosa world

    @DoomHobbit So I tested your save and I can't replicate on this either. I traveled around, switched households (after placing one), saved and reloaded and nothing seems to trigger the issue,

    I did get a cc removed message the first time I loaded up the game though.

    Is it alright if I send you another save file to try? This one was modded, mostly with CAS mods ( clothes, hair, etc ) where I have the most problems even after removing the mods. 

    The save file I sent shouldn't have had any CC so I'm not sure why that came up. I even did a full uninstall/reinstall of the game and find that with this particular save I have the most issues.

    Sorry this took a moment, but I did an uninstall / reinstall and reinstalled it to a different drive and now seems to work fine. So in the end, I'm still baffled.
