Unborn Ghostie Babies (and Duplicate) can't be taken out Household by any means

Hey y'all! 

I'm running into an issue where my characters had a child. Well, one of the sims pregnant had a miscarriage. Placed the urn for the unborn in the house, ended up adding the unborn baby to the household. Okay, cool. However, I did it again on accident, and now wish to actually take them both out the household. I tried every way I could; going through CAS, reinstallation, clearing mods and CC out; only thing I haven't done is trying cheats, because I'm not exactly sure how to use them or what to do with those. I can't even send the unborn baby ghosties back to the netherworld (believe me I've tried.) or age them up. I have the new Life and Death pack, so I wonder if this is a result of some type of bug, or if I'm not doing something right? Anyways, I'd like some assistance, please!
