update broke makeup cc?

so after the recent update for the new makeup pack, my eyes, makeup and skin details cc has (i think) broke my game. i put all my other cc into my game and its fine but when i put those above folders in, my sims freeze and i cannot interact with them and they continue to get stuck in one spot and this continues on indefinitely until i use task manager to close my game. i have last exceptions and it will not generate an exception because it appears to be in limbo so im not sure how to tell what is causing this in those specific folders. before i go through the whole folders, i would like to ask if anyone else’s makeup, skin details and eyes (contacts) are breaking their game.
