when i save my sims it does not go to my gallery

I use cc for most of my sims, which might be the cause of this problem but I do not understand why? I just downloaded cc and the sims, but before downloading it recently I had had the sims 4 before a...

CC does not go into your library. You place it in the mods folder and then you can use it in your game.
