All Preorder Items Missing

As it says, all of my preorder exclusive items are missing. On my transactions in PSN, all of the bundle purchases now just say (for example) The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits Expansion Pack. It is the same for the Royalty and Legacy Grand Bundle, as well as Enchanted by Nature. I had access to it until the recent patch, it would show the digital content in the pop ups every time I opened the game. Once the pop ups went away, I no longer had access and they show nowhere on my account. Disappointing to say the least.

The items that are missing are -only- missing -in game-. No matter how hard I specify that to EA, they keep saying its Sonys problem. All of the content reflects correctly in my library, PS account, purchase history, ect. Even shows as installed. The issue only happens in game. Sony cannot fix anything -in the game-

Sorry, I had to step away from this for a week. I was hopeful with the new update but it seems to have broken the game entirely, it will not even open without crashing. I just factory reset my console and did a clean install 3 days ago and got it to work offline for the first time in forever. Im not doing that again. Its incredibly disappointing.

EA_Solaire Its this exact same issue that dozens of people are reporting in the forum below across multiple platforms, many in the last few days. I just happen to know how to figure out the problem and access my liscense details. It needs to be fixed, we paid for these items.
