Already purchased packs

Hi, I used to play Sims on my now outdated mac, and since moved to ps5. Is there a way I can transfer the data over? I'm not too bothered about my game progress, I would however like to not have to re-buy all the packs I've already purchased.

As Mac and console are separate platforms and use separate stores, any content purchased on one platform does not transfer over across another platform. Any DLC you've purchased through your PC would not transfer over to the PlayStation or Xbox store on your console, even if you're using the same EA account.

  • Hi so i bought sims 4 packs on my Xbox but when i go to download them on the EA app it says i have to pay to get access to them? I have my xbox account linked to my EA account so I don't really know why its doing this. If anyone could help me i would be very grateful thanks 🙂

    Unfortunately,

Add-on packages from one platform cannot be used on another platform. To have the same Xbox content on your PC you will need to purchase the packs again for the PC.
