I received the update on the series s, but on the one, I am still using Version 2.28.3.2300

I'm sorry I'm new to this but my game on Xbox One is a mess. usually I get a rundown of the updates on my Sims 4 homescreen and didn't. my sim isn't responding to commands,screen gets black which is new,she does repetitive actions like the computer and drinking at the bar. she freezes. this is crazy. are they gonna fix this? I've already cleared cache and everything.
I understand that version 2.28.3.2300 is currently the latest version available to my Xbox One.
However, another Xbox console in my household has already received a newer Sims 4 update, which confirms that a newer build exists.
This appears to be an Xbox One–specific rollout or certification delay, not a settings or account issue.
