Bald hair bug
So I loaded up my game this morning (Xbox series x) and it said that loads of my items had been removed from ingame. Nothing has change apart from my main sim is bald. I went into CAS and it let me change back from bald to hair and then I come out of CAS and he is still bald. I restarted my Xbox and the game and it’s still doing it, but on the Home Screen he still has hair. Someone pls help! I swear like every week I have a new issue with the game not working properly :(

This sounds like your DLC is currently not installed, please follow the steps here:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
